The Flame EternalÂ
Wielded and tended by the Bone Wardens. Only the Flame Eternal of the Unknown God can purify the bodies of the dead and prevent them from rising as infernals.



Kavanteer
Patron Celestial of Fastormel and Rockford. Killed Calanthus in the Celestial War.


Alusteriel
Wild and untamed, Alusteriel is the most unpredictable of the Celestials, and often considered the most dangerous.


Calanthus
The Black Fox. A recent casualty of the Celestial War, though the High Elves and Wood Elves still revere the memory of this dead Celestial.


Axyorix
Patron Celestial of the Shaletities and the dwarves. Oldest of the Celestials. Renowned for teaching the secrets of the heavens to mortals.


Tehnee
The one who sees. The red-eyed lady. This Celestial is considered both beautiful and terrifying.


Rothfeld
The Great Hyena. A bloodthirsty Celestial banished from the world long ago in a war that destroyed the city-state of Astrallah.


Gehenna
The battlefield of eternity. A realm outside our own where the Celestials wage their eternal war. Those who go there return mad.



Fastormel
Port city on Lake Nen. Dedicated to the flame of Kavanteer. Recently destroyed in the Celestial War by the Wood Elves.


Rockford
​Home of the Bonewardens. Keepers of the Flame Eternal who wander in search of corpses to burn to protect a dying world from the Celestial War.


Harkenwold
Home of the Hooded Knights. Once ruled over the Borderlands as the Thavian Empire. Harkewold remains the most powerful kingdom in the Neutral Borderlands, and they are eager to regain their lost empire.


Winterhaven
Fierce and militaristic. Ravaged by the Celestial War. A powerful kingdom on the decline.


Wood Elves
Though highly intelligent and capable of speech, these cursed elves act more like animals, biting with fanged molars and crawling through dark spaces.


Cairngorm
Keepers of lore. Home of the Shaletites. Considered by most to be barbarians, these ancient people once represented the pentacle of human civilization and advancement.


Hyena-Men
Savage monsters incapable of speech. These once-human followers of the Great Hyena were cursed in ages past when their patron Celestial was banished from the world.


High Elves
The Blooded Fey. An elusive people from the city of Nenlast on Lake Nen. Rarely seen.


Thunderspire
Generations of Minotaur have lived in the smoking mountain of Thunderspire. The Minotaur keep to themselves, easily forgotten by the rest of the world if not for the looming specter of the spire.


Hammerfast
The cat-eyed dwarves of Hammerfast have entered a hibernation cycle. No one knows how long it will last or what brings on this slumber, and the dwarves have no desire to explain.



Shiadom
The goblin nation. Stout, furry humanoids with weapons and armor forged of unbreakable callenfacet. The most powerful nation in the world.

Lands far to the south. A collection of powerful states at war with each other that all consider the city-state of Frenslann their capital.
